How to use the ipNX Self-service Portal

  • How do I sign up?

    You can sign up for self-service portal by clicking the Signup button on the home page or the activation link sent in the email you received when you signed up for service with ipNX. The following are the steps to sign up.

    • Enter your customer ID.
    • Enter the email you provided when signing up for service with ipNX.
    • Enter the username you would prefer to use on the portal.
    • Enter your choice of password.
    • Click on Submit button.
    • A secret code will be sent to the email address you entered.
    • Enter the secret code sent in your email in the input field.
    • Click on Submit button.
  • How do I change my password?

    You can change your password following the steps below:

    • Click on My Account.
    • Click on Change Password.
    • Enter Current Passsword.
    • Enter New Password.
    • Enter Password Confirmation.
    • Click Change Password button.
  • How do I view my data usage?

    View data usage for Internet service by following the steps below:

    • Click on Manage Service on the top navigation.
    • Click on the View Data Usage.
    • Click on the From input field to select the start date.
    • Click on the To input field to selct the end date.
    • Click Get Usage Details button.
    • NOTE: The maximum range of period that you can select is one month.
  • How do I make payment?

    Make payment through the portal by following the steps below:

    • Click on Manage Services on the top navigation.
    • Click Renew Now.
    • Enter the amount you want to pay.
    • Click Submit button.
    • Enter your card details.
    • NOTE: The minimum amount you can pay is prepopulated in the field.
  • How do I report a fault?

    Report a fault for any of our service you are having any issue following the steps below:

    • Click on Complaints on the top navigation.
    • Click on Report a Fault.
    • Fill the form and click on Submit Ticket.
  • How do I change my wi-fi device settings?

    If your service is using a Wi-fi enabled device, follow the steps below to change the device password.

    • Click on Manage Service on the top navigation.
    • Click on Change Device Settings.
    • Enter your new password in the Password field.
    • Click Apply Changes.
  • How do I change my service plan?

    You can change your current plan following the steps below:

    • Click on Manage Service on the top navigation.
    • Click on Change Service Plan.
    • Select the new plan you want to change to.
    • Click Continue.
    • Click proceed if the portal request to make payment.
  • What Is DDNS?

    DDNS stands for “Dynamic Domain Name System.” With it, you can conveniently setup connection to your devices such as IP Cameras, DVR, Video Games, Baby Monitors etc. or Services e.g. Websites, and retain constant access to them.

    • Click on Manage Service on the top navigation.
    • Click on Connect Your Devices.
    • Click Continue.
    • Fill out the form with relevant informarion
    • Click submit.

  • How do I get a break down of my call credit usage?

    To see your call detail records, follow the steps below:

    • Click on MANAGE SERVICES
    • Under ACTIONS, select CALL DETAIL RECORD
    • NOTE: The maximum range of period that you can select at a time is 30 days. Also, in all, you can only view your past call detail records for a period that goes back 3 months from the current date.
    • Choose your desired date.
    • Click on PROCEED.
    NOTE: Your CDR will be sent to the recipient’s email address appearing on the screen.
  • How do I recharge my ipNX telephone line(s)?

    To recharge your ipNX telephone line via the ipNX Customer Self-Service Portal, follow the steps below:

    • Click on MANAGE SERVICES
    • Under ACTIONS, select TOP UP NOW
    • Enter the amount you desire to top up your voice account with
    • Click on PROCEED
